The company actively integrates supply chain resources to ensure product quality and cost-effectiveness, and has its own downstream supply chain including mold factories, injection molding factories, hardware factories, SMT factories, packaging color printing factories, CD inductor manufacturing factories and other supporting industrial systems. Specifically, it includes 93 injection molding machines, 29 fully automatic punching machines, 44 SMT lines, 2 color printing machines, and 15 CD inductor production lines.

Based on the principles of stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement, the company has invested heavily in 36 fully automated production lines for LED bulbs, 10 fully automated production lines for LED ceiling lights, and 10 fully automated production lines for LED panel lights, meeting market demand at a faster rate and receiving widespread praise in the industry. After more than 10 years of business development, the company has established three major domestic industrial bases in Guangdong, Jiangxi, and Quanzhou, China. The Guangdong base covers an area of over 60000 square meters and specializes in the research, development, and production of products such as bulbs and tube lights. The Jiangxi base covers an area of over 85000 square meters and independently produces and manufactures ceiling lights, bedroom lights, panel lights, modules, and other categories. The Quanzhou base relies on a professional plumbing industry chain to manufacture small hardware products such as faucets, angle valves, and showerheads. It is planned to set up three overseas production bases in Kenya, Türkiye and Egypt, and the products are sold to more than 30 countries and regions in South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, Russia, India and Pakistan.
